For me, HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT  is the type of management that responsible for us individuals to participate in a specific organization. It deals in LEADERSHIP  in our everyday life.

2.HOW YOU UNDERSTAND AND EXPECT HUMAN BEHAVIOR TO BECOME IDEAL WHEN IT COMES TO ORGANIZATION?

I understand and expect human behavior to become ideal when it comes to organization by LEADERSHIP and HUMAN BEHAVIOR work hand in hand. To be a good leader, you must understand your people and work with them to resolve their problems. Each of us has needs, and we direct our energies to meet these needs as we see fit. Helping your people resolve their problems will result in a unit that will operate smoothly and be highly productive.

I'm ERRALYN SALAZAR BAÑEZ, 18 years old and I'm a PROUD student of UNIVERSITY OF CALOOCAN CITY where my HUMAN BEHAVIOR developed. Like what I've said... In this small organization, I understand what LEADERSHIP really is. I've learned how to handle a specific situation, even in my group of friends when they quarrel, sometimes it shows how to handle your friendship. We can build a good relationship if we know how to be a better person having a best behavior.
